Refund Policy

We support eligible return requests submitted within 30 days after customers receive their package.

Eligibility

All returned Compositlo kitchen storage and shelf products must be unopened, unused and kept in original brand-new condition, with intact original packaging and all matching accessories complete. A valid purchase receipt or order proof is required for all return procedures. Custom personalized products, gift cards and clearance final-sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise required by local mandatory laws and regulations.

Start a return

Before mailing back any products, please send a request email to service@compositlo.com with your order number and specific kitchen storage & shelf items you wish to return. Our team will reply by email with official return instructions and the verified return shipping address.

Damage or order issues

Please inspect all items immediately after parcel delivery. If your received kitchen storage organizers and shelf units are damaged, defective, missing parts or incorrect, please contact our customer service promptly and attach clear picture evidence for verification and after-sales resolution.

Refunds

After we receive and fully inspect your returned goods, approved refunds will be issued via your original payment method. Standard initial shipping fees and customer return shipping costs are non-refundable. This exclusion does not apply to orders with quality defects, shipping errors, product damage caused by our side, or cases stipulated by applicable local laws.
