Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply exclusively to purchases completed via the Compositlo store, and act as supplementary documents to our main Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

Eligibility & Customer Information

You need to hold full legal capacity to conclude valid purchase agreements within your region. It is your obligation to keep your contact, shipping and billing information correct. You shall also be accountable for all operations carried out under your customer account and keep your account credentials secure.

Contract Formation

Items shown in shopping cart and checkout pages count as an invitation for you to submit a purchase proposal. A legally‑binding sales contract for our kitchen storage and shelf products only comes into effect once we formally approve your order and send out order acceptance or shipment notice. Automatic order confirmation emails do not stop us from conducting further checks for price mistakes, fraud risk screening or stock status verification.

Payment, Taxes, and Currency

Supported payment options and price information are fully displayed on the checkout page. Applicable tax amounts, delivery expenses and other stated surcharges are included within your final order total. Please be advised that currency conversion fees and international transaction costs may be charged by your bank or payment platform. Compositlo cannot influence these extra charges and will not reimburse such costs.

Delivery and Risk

Available shipping alternatives differ depending on your receiving location and product inventory status. Risk of product damage or loss shall be transferred following requirements set by local consumer protection laws. Where local regulations allow, legal title to kitchen storage goods stays with Compositlo until we receive complete payment.

Returns and Statutory Rights

All return and refund activities shall follow the rules laid out in our public Return & Refund Policy. Statutory withdrawal rights, product quality guarantees, warranty coverage and other local consumer entitlements remain fully valid. Those local legal protections take precedence if any clause inside these terms provides weaker consumer safeguards.

Events Outside Reasonable Control (Force Majeure)

Compositlo shall not bear liability for order hold‑ups or service failures brought about by unforeseeable circumstances out of our reasonable control. Such situations include, without limitation, logistics carrier breakdowns, natural catastrophes, official government orders, labour strikes, public infrastructure collapse, and large‑scale network or service interruptions.

Severability & Contact

Should any clause of these terms be judged unenforceable under applicable law, all remaining terms shall stay completely valid and operative.
